Angelina Speltz (Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde)

Angelina Speltz has been of member of the Friendship House Association of American Indians Board of Directors since 2023. She has more than a decade of leadership experience at community health centers, with a focus on quality improvement, clinical operations, and population health. Angelina is a member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and is committed to advancing health equity and strengthening Urban Indian Health Programs that provide culturally responsive care to American Indian/Alaska Native communities. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality Enhancement at Axis Community Health, where she leads initiatives to improve care quality, patient outcomes, and system performance. Angelina holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
